Lowe's Promotes Woods to Senior Vice President & Deputy General Counsel
MOORESVILLE, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--
Lowe's Companies, Inc. (NYSE: LOW) announced today the promotion of Todd
I. Woods to senior vice president, deputy general counsel and assistant
secretary. Woods will continue to report to Gaither Keener, senior vice
president, general counsel, secretary and chief compliance officer.
Woods joined Lowe's in 2002, most recently serving as vice president,
associate general counsel and assistant secretary to Lowe's and many of
its subsidiaries.
In his new role, Woods will assist in the coordination of legal services
for the company and its subsidiaries, which includes international,
regulatory and special assignments along with assisting the General
Counsel with certain corporate, litigation and transactional matters.
Woods earned a doctorate of jurisprudence from Mississippi College
School of Law and his M.B.A. and dual undergraduate business degrees
from the University of Mississippi.
