Movie Themed Build and Grow Clinics on Deck for Free Family Fun
"Monsters University" and "Toy Story" to be featured at Lowe's this
summer
MOORESVILLE, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--
Anyone looking for free family fun during the dog days of summer won't
have to look far. Disney and Lowe's are working together to offer a
calendar full of hands-on, do-it-yourself Build and Grow projects
throughout June, July and August.
Beginning June 8, 2013, Lowe's stores nationwide will host movie-themed
Build and Grow clinics, featuring projects from animated films,
including Disney--Pixar's "Monsters University," which opens in theatres
nationwide on June 21, 2013, and Disney--Pixar's hit 1995 film "Toy
Story."
The special hour-long clinics, recommended for children in grades two
through five, will take place on select Saturdays at 10 a.m. and Sundays
at 2 p.m. throughout the summer. Participating children will receive a
kid's apron, goggles and a take-home, customizable wooden project.
