Rebuilding Together Celebrates Make A Difference Day

WASHINGTON, Oct. 22 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Rebuilding Together, the nation's leading nonprofit organization working to preserve affordable homeownership, is embracing Make a Difference Day, in a mass volunteer effort.

Volunteers from around the country are working with Rebuilding Together to provide help and hope across the country as part of Make a Difference Day. From Providence, RI to Dallas, TX and from Miami, FL to Portland, OR, volunteers are picking up their tools and joining forces to help low income homeowners in need.

        are just one of the over 200 projects that the Veterans Housing program
        will complete in 2009.
