Silver Lake Volunteer Fire Department is a center for community gatherings and provides 100% volunteer-led emergency response. Through Lowe's Hometowns, upgrades to the facility plumbing, electrical, new appliances, windows and paint will boost morale and offer an elevated space so that the department can continue to serve the community.
