A lot can change over the course of 100 years.
But at Lowe’s, one thing has remained constant: our associates’ dedication to service.
Throughout our centennial celebration year of 2021, we’ll highlight stories of associate service through a special “It’s Who We Are” campaign. Stories that showcase how Lowe’s is both a friend and family. A neighbor and part of the community. Part of the crew and a helping hand during times of need.
To kick off the campaign, we’re capturing some of these special moments in 100 characters or less:
Jen Ingle led a project to build and donate visitation stations for Missouri nursing homes impacted by COVID.
After his brother passed, Nick Arduino facilitated a life-saving organ donation for fellow associate Kevin Thompson.
Craig Hill in Alabama and area stores pulled together to support their local food pantry.
Robert Lee of Tennessee helps finish mulch project for 90-year-old customer.
A team in California came to the aid of a colleague whose home was lost in a wildfire.
Ceasar Cabral in California bonds with a young customer after paying for his purchase.
Pamela Hartzok and Lowe’s Heroes help veteran build training shelter for service animals.
Lowe’s store in Oregon throws surprise birthday party for loyal customer, Randy Canoy.
Whatever the case may be, Red Vests rise to the challenge.
It’s who we are. And it’s what we’ve always done.
