More than 800 children of employees participate in annual event at Lowe’s North Carolina campuses

It’s hard to imagine the children of any company’s employees having more fun than Lowe’s family members did during Thursday’s “Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work Day.” Hundreds of children participated in activities that went far beyond “shadowing” their mom or dad.

Lowe’s hosted hands-on activities and learning sessions on the campuses in Mooresville and Wilkesboro, North Carolina. The sessions ranged from understanding life as an attorney to learning about CPR and home safety from the American Red Cross, exposing participants to a wide range of work experiences and opportunities.

Check out the video highlights from the annual event that Lowe’s has been a part of for more than a decade.
