After a year of cancelled traditions and watered-down gatherings, the holidays are back and Halloween is up! Literally. The American Retail Federation reports consumers are expected to spend $2 billion more on Halloween this year compared to last.
In fact, homes with children will likely spend about $150 on the holiday this year. So, why should that pricey costume only be donned once? That’s why Lowe’s decided to give kids another opportunity to show off their festive getup, grab some candy and make up for some lost experiences the year before.
