Lowe’s used Super Bowl LV as an opportunity to make a big impact in celebration of the big game.
As we know, home has never been more important to more people than it has been in the past year. So, thanks to the “Home For A Home” campaign, Lowe’s came up with an engaging way to give back.
Here was the plan ahead of the game: Every time the word “home” is mentioned in a nationally televised commercial during the Super Bowl telecast, Lowe’s will work with nonprofit Rebuilding Together to complete critical housing repairs in up to 32 NFL team markets for those impacted by the pandemic.
Thanks for helping us with that #HomeforaHome update, @cwilkins42! We're up to 5 critical home repairs with @rebldgtogthr.
Can't wait to see which team will take home $100,000 for critical repairs in their home city! Who do you have as we approach halftime? pic.twitter.com/3TSAYhD5YZ

Well, the final count resulted in “home” being mentioned 13 times!
Additionally, in honor of the Buccaneers claiming the Lombardi Trophy, Lowe’s is donating $100,000 to complete home repairs in Tampa.
Lowe’s “Home For A Home” Super Bowl campaign also engaged players from the Lowe’s Home Team to lend a hand with repairs, to show the power of sports and fandom can unite us all.
The Home Team has been active supporting communities throughout the season, with important projects like the one below.
