On Lowe’s culture for women in STEM:
Why should women pursue a career in STEM at Lowe’s?
Ansley Beam sums it up well. “I think women should pursue a career in STEM at Lowe's because of the opportunities that exist throughout the company, as well as the strong culture of mentorship here,” she says. “I’ve learned a tremendous amount from all the women I’ve worked with — they’ve spent time helping me grow personally and gain confidence in my projects and ideas. I don’t think this is something you get at all companies. I am extremely thankful for the relationships I have built within STEM at Lowe's.”
