As senior vice president, store merchandising, Del Dryden is responsible for the execution of merchandising strategies, from the product line review process to localized assortments and the in-store merchandising experience, through oversight of merchandising operations, pricing, store merchandising execution and field merchandising. He joined Lowe's in 1995 as a part-time associate.
Del has more than 25 years of home improvement experience. Most recently, he served as vice president, merchandising execution, where he was responsible for store environment, visual merchandising, in-store merchandising execution, space productivity, and store planning and design. During his career, he has held a variety of roles with increasing responsibility in store operations, including store manager, district manager, regional sales director and regional vice president.
