As senior vice president and general merchandising manager, building products, Del Dryden is responsible for merchandising strategies for the lumber, building materials, millwork, rough plumbing and electrical divisions. He joined Lowe's in 1995 as a part-time associate.
Del has more than 30 years of home improvement experience. He held a variety of roles with increasing responsibility in store operations, including store manager, district manager, regional sales director and regional vice president, before transitioning into merchandising as vice president, merchandising execution. Most recently, he served as senior vice president, store merchandising, where he was responsible for the execution of merchandising strategies, from the product-line review process to localized assortments and the in-store merchandising experience.
