As senior vice president, Pro and home services operations, Steve McKalvey is responsible for the execution, efficiency and productivity of Pro and home services operations. He joined Lowe’s in 2018.
Steve has more than 20 years of big box retail experience, including 20 years in the home improvement sector and 10 years in the professional building and repair trades. Prior to his current role, he served as senior vice president, supply chain operations support. He has also served as Lowe’s vice president, XDT/BDC operations and vice president, store operations. Before joining Lowe’s, he served as vice president, store operations with J.C. Penney Co. Previously, he held several leadership roles at The Home Depot, including senior director, customer care and director of operational process for store operations.
Steve is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and Air National Guard.
