
As senior vice president, human resources business partner, Yoshika Rankin is responsible for the overall vision, strategy and alignment of the human resources business partner function, which includes designing the human resources work processes and systems that will drive the company’s business results, while simultaneously supporting the development and growth of Lowe’s associates. She joined Lowe’s in 2022.
Yoshika’s career in human resources spans more than 25 years. During a 17-year tenure with AT&T, she was responsible for improving global talent attraction and retention, as well as delivering human capital strategy and management initiatives. At Lowe’s as vice president, HR business partner, she owned the overall talent strategy to build the teams driving Lowe’s technology and supply chain transformations.
Yoshika earned a bachelor’s degree in human resource management from Auburn University and an MBA from Troy University. She serves on the North Carolina Central University Business Board of Visitors.
