ASKING QUESTIONS AND REPORTING CONCERNS

You may encounter situations where you are unsure of what to do. If that happens, you should ask for help.

You can reach out to:

• Your supervisor
• Human Resources
• Office of Business Integrity

You are expected to report any conduct that may violate the Code. Reports can be made to the Office of Business Integrity at [email protected] or through the EthicsPoint hotline at lowes.ethicspoint.com.

You may report concerns either openly or anonymously.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN CONCERNS ARE RAISED?

Lowe’s reviews all reported concerns promptly and carefully.

What happens next depends on the situation. Lowe’s may:

• Review the facts
• Involve the right team or outside support
• Take action to address the concern
• Notify a government or regulatory agency when required

Associates and third-party partners are expected to cooperate with any review or investigation. If a concern is substantiated, Lowe’s will take appropriate action.

COMMITMENT TO NON-RETALIATION

Lowe’s does not tolerate retaliation against anyone who reports a concern in good faith.

Lowe’s understands that speaking up takes courage.

We maintain a workplace where individuals can report concerns, take part in investigations and exercise their legal rights without fear of retaliation. Anyone who engages in retaliation will face disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
