As senior vice president, human resources, Tanya Clark Robinson is responsible for talent acquisition and talent management; HR strategy and operations; culture, diversity and inclusion; labor relations; associate relations; corporate communications; corporate events, community relations and the Lowe’s Foundation; and the HR team serving Lowe’s Bangalore office. She joined Lowe’s in 2025.
Tanya, who began her career as an employment lawyer, has more than 25 years of HR experience at aerospace, technology and healthcare companies, including Raytheon (formerly United Technologies Corporation), Aetna and, most recently, CVS Health. As senior vice president, human resources, at CVS, she led the development and implementation of people strategies designed to deliver business results and drive associate engagement. With a strong focus on fostering an innovative and inclusive culture, Tanya has specialized throughout her career on talent and performance management, organizational design, strategic coaching, and elevating the associate experience.
Tanya earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Connecticut School of Law and a bachelor’s degree in communication from American University. She volunteers at her local Habitat for Humanity ReStore and as a youth mentor for high school girls, focusing on developing leadership skills, achieving academic success, and preparing for college and careers.
