Waypoint is a nonprofit human services organization that strengthens individuals, families, and communities across New Hampshire through a broad range of services and support. With the Lowe’s Community Impact Grant, Waypoint will renovate the kitchens and bathrooms on both sides of the duplex at its Transitional Living Program in Manchester. These improvements will provide a safer, more welcoming home environment for youth and young adults experiencing homelessness or housing instability and help support their path toward long-term stability and independent living.
