The Boys & Girls Club of Northern Utah is expanding into an old school building and will become a community campus with 10+ nonprofits working together to serve more children. Through Lowe's Hometowns, the space will be renovated with new flooring, plumbing, cabinets, wall coverings and HVAC. The expanded space will help the organization provide STEM and arts and crafts areas to help children foster critical thinking and creativity.

The Asian Association of Utah supports victims of human trafficking, refugees and asylum seekers. The Lowe's Hometowns grant will fund renovations to classrooms, offices and the mental health clinic, helping to expand services to refugees and victims of human trafficking in the community.

United Way of Utah County

United Way of Utah County is growing rapidly and needs additional areas for individuals and families to congregate during programming. A portion of the project will provide outdoor space and a portion of the project will improve indoor space, providing a comfortable space where parents can meet and connect with each other while children are participating in programs.

An International Rescue Committee chapter that provides immigration program services that aim to meet the needs of newly arrived refugees and new Americans wishes to improve and increase its services. To do so, the organization hopes to make use of an underused outdoor area, transforming it into a multi-use classroom, effectively doubling client-meeting capacity so it can serve more people than ever before.
