Zero Waste San Diego is a nonprofit organization working to advance repair, reuse, resource management, and community-based sustainability education throughout the San Diego region. With the Lowe’s Community Impact Grant, Zero Waste San Diego will improve the Reuse and Repair Collective by adding durable workbenches, repair stations, improved lighting and electrical access, shelving and tool storage, textile repair space, and an organized appliance and electronics repair workspace.

The Hudson YMCA Skate Park is a free skate park in St. Croix County Wisconsin, welcoming in over 500 young people each year with the mission of enhancing opportunities for youth and creating a better community for all. With the Lowe’s Community Impact Grant, the skate park will be renovated for the first time in 27 years, including three new large-scale ramps, new skate material, and a safer and freshened look of the park. These renovations will promote safety, connection, and positive growth for the young people of the Hudson community.

West Kerr County Chamber of Commerce’s mission is to advance the recreational, cultural, and economic interest of West Kerr County. With the Lowe’s Community Impact Grant, the Chamber of Commerce will install multiple park facilities including a basketball court, pickleball court multiple playground equipment pieces and various associated amenities.

The USO’s mission is to strengthen the well-being of people serving in America’s military and their families. With support from Lowe’s Community Impact Grant, this remodel will enhance the organization’s ability to serve thousands of active-duty service members, as well as the many military family activities it hosts annually to foster connection and support. By broadening its reach, the USO at Fort Campbell will build a stronger sense of community, boost morale, and provide a welcoming space for all those connected to military service.

UrbanPromise Trenton, through the East Trenton Collaborative, is dedicated to strengthening the neighborhood it serves by providing essential resources, youth development programs, and a safe, stable hub for families navigating economic challenges. With the Lowe’s Community Impact Grant, the organization will renovate the East Trenton Center, including building repairs, updating kitchen and bathroom facilities, and revitalization of our meeting and classroom spaces.

Tree Trust is a Minnesota nonprofit whose mission is to transform lives and landscapes by engaging people to build skills for meaningful careers, inspiring people to plant trees, and making our community a greener, healthier place to live. With support from Lowe’s Community Impact Grant, Tree Trust will replace approximately 600 feet of perimeter fencing and build raised garden beds at Historic Eidem Farm in Brooklyn Park, which typically welcomes 6,000 visitors annually.

Thomas Dunn Learning Center's mission is "Building a Sustainable Region Through Education." The Lowe’s Community Impact Grant will help build a fully accessible, sustainable outdoor classroom that seats 36 and can be used across multiple seasons, due to its permeable floor. This outdoor classroom will make our community more livable by creating a welcoming space where residents of all ages and mobilities can gather, learn, and connect close to home.

A vital part of The Salvation Army’s mission is meet human needs in Christ's name without discrimination. With this Lowe’s Community Impact Grant the organization will be able to renovate its outdoor space at the community center in the heart of West Asheville. This community center strengthens social connections and promotes inclusivity, aligning with the organization's commitment to meeting both physical and spiritual needs.

The Salvation Army of Middletown is a community-based nonprofit that provides essential services including food assistance, emergency support, and shelter for individuals and families experiencing hardship. With the Lowe’s Community Impact Grant, the organization will renovate an existing restroom to create a unisex, ADA-compliant bathroom with a fully functioning shower, including plumbing upgrades, ventilation, and safety improvements.

The Kindness Closet is a nonprofit hygiene bank dedicated to ensuring all individuals have access to essential hygiene products so they can live with dignity, health, and confidence. With the Lowe’s Community Impact Grant, the organization will expand and renovate its warehouse—more than doubling its size. These improvements will increase distribution capacity, engage more volunteers, and allow The Kindness Closet to serve more families while strengthening access to essential hygiene products across the community.
