In collaboration with staff, community, parents, and students the Marlington Local School District develops lifelong learners who understand and apply knowledge and demonstrate excellence in pursuing the highest standards with effective intervention to challenge every student. The Lowe’s Community Impact Grant will allow the district to construct an outdoor storage building at Washington Elementary.

The Maltby Food Bank’s mission is to provide food, stability, and community support to residents of Snohomish/King County. With support from the Lowe’s Community Impact Grant, we will remodel our upstairs space by updating flooring, expanding the kitchen area, and replacing outdated bathroom and laundry facilities. These improvements will create a warm, multipurpose gathering space that offers refuge during emergencies and supports year-round community programs for our growing population.

Lane College is a private historically Black college located in Jackson, Tennessee. Lane College is committed to building an infrastructure that serves students and community members for generations. Through this partnership, Lowe’s will play a direct role in transforming a roadway into a safe, durable, and meaningful public space that reflects shared values of community, access, and long-term impact.

The Lake City Fire Department is dedicated to providing excellent emergency services, community education, and fire prevention to those we serve. The Lowe’s Community Impact Grant will install new flooring throughout the facility and renovate three existing showers. These improvements will boost department morale and demonstrate to its firefighters that their community values and supports them as much as they care for the people they protect.

The Lancaster Sheriff’s Station serves a large and diverse community, providing law enforcement services and community engagement across the Antelope Valley. With support from Lowe’s Community Impact Grant, the station will renovate an outdated workspace into a modern Ready Room, including new cabinetry, workstations, and a dedicated briefing area. These improvements will enhance deputy preparedness, efficiency, and morale—ultimately strengthening the level of service provided to the Lancaster community.

The Kokomo-Howard County Public Library serves residents of Howard County, Indiana, by creating opportunities for its community to become its best. With Lowe’s Community Impact Grant, the library will install a sidewalk to make its performance stage accessible, add family-style seating, and revitalize its Community and Butterfly Gardens. These improvements will allow access to the stage for patrons with mobility issues and parents with strollers and create a more enjoyable space.

Knox County’s mission is to build a stronger, healthier community by expanding access to safety, stability, and opportunities for all residents, including the veterans who have served our nation. Operation Hero’s Hill will be 20‑unit tiny‑home village paired with a supportive service from the VA. Funding from the Lowe’s Community Impact Grant will help complete the interior construction and finishing of the on‑site community center.

Joshua's Heart Foundation is a youth-led nonprofit that has fought food insecurity across Miami-Dade County for over 20 years, distributing more than 9 million pounds of food to over 750,000 individuals while developing the next generation of community leaders. With the Lowe's Community Impact Grant, its North Miami Beach pantry will expand its cold storage capacity, allow us to accept and distribute more nutritious donations to the thousands of food-insecure families who rely on the organization’s pantry.

The John Crosland School is a K-12 school in Charlotte, NC that empowers neurodiverse students with learning differences to discover their strengths, build confidence, and succeed in school and in life. Funding from Lowe’s Community Impact Grant will support the installation of secure perimeter gates, accessible pathways, and strategic landscaping to enhance safety and navigation across our expanding campus.

The Jersey City Fire Foundation supports the Jersey City Fire Department in enhancing firefighter safety, wellness, and operational readiness while strengthening emergency response services for the community. With funding from the Lowe’s Community Impact Grant, the Foundation will renovate and modernize its firehouse kitchen. These improvements will provide firefighters with a safe and functional living space, ultimately enhancing emergency response capabilities for a low-income neighborhood that relies heavily on timely and effective fire and EMS services.
