Operation Empower’s Liberty Recovery Community utilizes evidence-based practices to help individuals and their families recover from substance abuse. The Lowe's Hometowns project will create a more peaceful environment by updating their space to repair damaged windows, install new heating and cooling and bring in refreshed decor.
