FiftyForward Donelson Station’s mission is to support, champion, and enhance the lives of those 50 and older through programs that promote healthy aging, connection, and lifelong engagement. Grant funding will allow the organization to replace the deteriorating flooring in its lobby, hallways, and classrooms, creating a safer, more accessible, and more welcoming environment for all who use our facility. These improvements will strengthen its ability to serve more than 800 older adults and host community partners, ensuring the center remains a vibrant hub for the Donelson area.

Family Support Center protects children, strengthens families, and prevents child abuse through education, crisis support, and essential resources, including LifeStart Village, a 37-unit transitional housing community, where single parents and their children rebuild after homelessness, domestic violence, and crisis. With the Lowe's Community Impact Grant, LifeStart Village will refresh residential units and establish a community garden where residents grow fresh food together.

Every Day Action is a Los Angeles-based nonprofit dedicated to reducing food waste and fighting food insecurity by redistributing surplus food to communities in need. With support from Lowe’s Community Impact Grant, the organization will complete the Food Insecurity Shared Hub (F.I.S.H.) alongside nonprofit partners. These improvements will expand capacity to recover and distribute food in real time, strengthening a collaborative network that increases access to nutritious meals.

The Arc of Evansville's mission is to connect people with opportunities and purpose, and we have been serving people with disabilities and their families for over 70 years. With the Lowe’s Community Impact Grant, the agency will create a functional learning kitchen and outdoor learning center and complete exterior repairs to our Haynie's Corner Community Pathway Hub. These renovations will expand opportunities to build relationships and create consistent avenues for engagement.

The Enterprise Fire Department is dedicated to protecting the lives and property of residents and visitors by providing rapid, professional response to fires, accidents, natural disasters, and other emergencies. With the Lowe’s Community Impact Grant, the department will complete a remodel of the Eastside Fire Station kitchen. These improvements will enhance the readiness, efficiency, and well-being of firefighters, ensuring they are better equipped to serve and protect the community.

The Eastern North Carolina Farmer Collaborative works to support and sustain local farmers through education, shared resources, and community-based initiatives that strengthen regional agriculture. With support from the Lowe’s Community Impact Grant, the organization will complete its Educational Food Safety Center. These improvements will provide farmers with a safe, accessible place to properly handle and store produce, increasing food safety, expanding market opportunities, and benefiting the health and economic vitality of our community.

Dream Acres is a supportive living community dedicated to empowering adults living with Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders (FASD) through stable housing, life skills development, and opportunities for independence. With support from Lowe’s Community Impact Grant, the organization will complete a walipini-style greenhouse. These improvements will create year-round food production and education space that increases access to fresh produce, builds vocational skills, and strengthens food security and resilience within our local community.

Daybreak is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering youth and young adults experiencing homelessness to achieve safety, independence, and thriving futures through holistic, person‑centered support. With support from the Lowe’s Community Impact Grant, Daybreak will renovate unused space on its campus to create six new child‑friendly emergency shelter rooms, a shared bathroom, and a community living space, while expanding and modifying adjacent areas to safely support pregnant and parenting young adults.

The Cullman County Public Library has served Cullman, Alabama for over 50 years. The library building was established in 1967 and is in need of expansion to meet the needs of the growing community. With the Lowe’s Community Impact Grant, the library will install a new rock garden and playground in the back lawn to provide a safe place for children to play, families to socialize, and patrons to enjoy the outdoor space.

CreatiVets empowers wounded veterans to heal through the arts and music by providing free, trauma informed creative programs. With the Lowe’s Community Impact Grant, we will complete critical renovations and buildout work needed to make its Art & Music Center functional and ready for occupancy. These improvements will allow the organization to expand programming, reduce wait times, and create a dedicated space that supports veteran healing while also serving as a resource for the broader community.
